Refund Policy

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR GOODS ARE CORRECT AND FREE FROM DAMAGES ASAP

As all claims for incorrectly supplied items and freight damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email to our customer service department to process your claim. Email info@babyonlinedirect.com.au

BABY ONLINE DIRECT WILL ACCEPT ANY RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND WITHIN 48 HOURS

For a FULL REFUND, providing the goods remain un-open and in unused condition. Freight charges will apply. Email within 48 hours to register your return for full refund at info@babyonlinedirect.com.au and our customer service department will process your claim.

BABY ONLINE DIRECT RETURNS - CREDIT VOUCHER

For any returns within 21 Days, providing the goods remain un-open and in unused condition, we will give in return an online credit voucher. Freight charges will apply. Email info@babyonlinedirect.com.au within 21 Days to register your return for online credit voucher and our customer service department will process your claim.

BABY ONLINE DIRECT 12 MONTH RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE

Should you have a manufacturing fault with any goods purchased online with us, please email info@babyonlinedirect.com.au within the 12 month manufacturer's warranty period to register your claim. Our customer service department will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and access your claim promptly. If the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment or repair freight charges will apply. Baby Online Direct reserves the right to access all warranty claims in accordance with consumer law guidelines and manufacturer’s conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.
