Shipping & Delivery

Providing complete order is in stock and (if required) security check is completed your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. In the event that goods are out of stock upon picking your order, you will receive a call or email of an estimated availability within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding public holidays).

Please note that we only ship within Australia. All postage charges include insurance in the event of lost or damaged parcels.

Baby Online Direct logistic partners are among the best in Australia and have won many awards of excellence in their field. We use reliable companies such as Australia Post, TNT, Toll IPEC, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, Hunter Express just to name a few. 

Standard couriers do not ship to PO Box addresses, If you require a delivery to a PO Box address additional charges will apply, Baby Online Direct will contact you prior to dispatch in this case. Standard couriers will ship direct to your nominated address between business hours and if there is no one available to sign and accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact our carrier to re-book delivery or pick up of your order. If you will not be home during business hours our couriers can deliver to a business address. This will ensure your order reaches you and cards are not left for collection at a later date. Please specify business name in the delivery address if you require this. Additional charges may apply for redirection to another location once goods have been dispatched. 

Depending on delivery location please allow 4-10 business days for delivery to reach you, shipping time may vary depending on delivery location. We endeavour to have every item listed on our site in stock at all times but in the event that goods are out-of-stock at the time your order is picked, you will receive a new delivery estimate within 1-2 Business days. If you choose to cancel the order before items are dispatched your purchase will be refunded in total upon request.
