HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED ?

For orders where goods are in stock we guarantee orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery. Please bare in mind that shipping time may vary depending on the state you live.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO ?

We have contracted couriers that deliver Australia wide. We can not ship any orders outside Australia. To preview shipping prices on an item  you wish to order, please fill out the shipping calculator in the product page for delivery options.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES ?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY SOMTHING THAT YOU DONT HAVE IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH ?

We endeavour to have every item listed on our site is stock at all times. In the event that goods are out of stock at the time of your order, you will receive an E.T.A advice within 1 business day. If you choose to cancel the order, your purchase will automatically be refunded.

DO ALL BABY ONLINE DIRECT PRODUCTS MEET AUSTRALIAN SAFETY STANDARDS ?
At Baby Online Direct we take the safety of children incredibly seriously and we select our products carefully to ensure that no harm will come to your little ones. For the products that have enforced standards such as prams, cots and car seats/capsules, we do not sell any product that does not meet these standards, as compulsory by Australian law. While many of our products do not carry enforced standards we still research these products thoroughly before they enter our range to ensure they meet our high standards for design, functionality and safety.

HAVE YOU BEEN CONTACTED BY US REGARDING A SECURITY CHECK ?

The reason we require a copy of identification of the persons card that was used for the transaction is due to a security check.

This verifies the person who purchased the goods is the same person receiving the product. This protects the card that was used and if verification cannot be supplied to the same details then we cannot dispatch the order.

Verification ID is only required if the total amount of purchase is over our threshold and where Paypal, Zip Pay, After Pay, Latitude Pay, Apple Pay, G Pay or Open Pay has not been used as a method of payment. Identification accepted through our system are in the form of medicare card / utility bill / vehicle license or any other formal document which pertains to the same first and last name as the card used for the transaction.
