Mattress Maintenance

Failure to properly remove moisture/spills, which lead to mould/mildew, will void after-sales service commitments.
- Always protect your mattress cover with a waterproof protector
- Rotate your mattress 180 degrees organic cover side every few months.
- It is normal for the pocket spring system to show signs of contouring to your child’s body & sleep behaviours.
- Your cot mattress will need to be placed in the cot organic cover facing up to settle after unpacking for a minimum of 24 hours before adding any protectors, sheeting, etc., and before your first night's sleep.
- If your cot base is not labelled that it passes Australian/New Zealand Standards and doesn’t display the required mattress size on the base, do not use the cot.
